Where are you going with your one wild and precious life?
Researchers
find that people who know and use their strengths on a daily basis realize and enjoy more satisfying and fulfilling lives.
Thus, the second question... Are you fully aware of your talents
and strengths?
If not, you are not alone. Few people can fully identify and
put to ideal use their most innate talents and strengths, nor can they speak clearly about the basic convictions
that order their lives. For the vast majority of people, these intangibles remain illusive....perhaps because discovery requires
an investment of personal time and energy.
Interestingly, strengths are not identified
by noticing what we're good at (we're good at lots of things); strengths are discovered by figuring out what
increases our energy! Observing spontaneous reactions, yearnings, rapid learning, and satisfactions reveal
inherent talents and strengths on a more individualized and useful level.
The good news
is that the better we know ourselves and our talents, the greater our opportunities in every area of life...personally,
interpersonally, and professionally. This may seem obvious to you - but many people miss the idea that authentic
self-knowledge is the cornerstone of success.
If you want to make a difference in your own life....consider
reaching for more information about yourself - starting today. For example, do you know your personal mantra (the internal
message you repeat to yourself throughout the day)? What are those words, ...and do they help or hinder you?

Memory, like
attention, is selective and never accidental. In fact, memories reveal our style of movement in purest form. They
are the windows we look through to see who we are and where we are going.
